Please keep in mind that after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the order or shipping address before the order is shipped out.

We offer free standard shipping in the U.S. on orders over $55. If your order is under $55, we pass the same shipping rate we have onto you.  

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders can be mailed via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express, and will have tracking numbers provided.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once shipments leave our facility, they become the responsibility of USPS and the customer. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim. If they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to help@midnightletter.com for assistance.
