Return Policy

Midnight Letter has a 60-Day return policy, beginning at the time of package arrival. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we will do all that we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your package, please inspect your order. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We may require photos of the items you’re returning in order to process your return. You’ll also need your order number and the email used when placing the order.

We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team. Once your return request is processed through our team, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot guarantee that items sent back to us without first requesting a return with our customer service team will be eligible for returns.  

We require customers to package their returns appropriately. If products are returned and damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to issue a reimbursement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once we’ve processed your returned item(s), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
