Products & Pricing

What all does the price include?

The price for each card includes a handcrafted card and an accompanying Kraft envelope. For card packs, the price includes the listed number of cards and one accompanying Kraft envelope per card. For all other items, please refer to individual listings.

What size are your cards?

All cards measure approximately 5 x 7 inches folded.

Where are your products made?

All our products are proudly made in the USA with 100% domestically sourced materials.
The primary paper we use comes from Michigan-based French Paper Company.

Are your products recyclable?

All our cards, envelopes, and shipping materials are recyclable. According to a study conducted by the Foil Stamping & Embossing Association, foil-decorated paper is completely recyclable and re-pulpable.

Are your products eco-friendly?

All our cards, envelopes, and shipping materials are recyclable. The French Paper card liners and Kraft envelopes included with every card are produced using hydroelectric energy, a clean and renewable energy source. Shipping

Where is my order?

We ship all orders within 2 business days. Please refer to your chosen shipping method for an estimated delivery window.

Once orders leave our facility, they become the responsibility of the shipper (USPS). If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim. If they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to help@midnightletter.com for assistance.

How do I know when my order ships?

After placing your order, we will ship your package within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order’s tracking number (if applicable).

Where all do you ship?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have realized that a change needs to be made, please contact our customer support team as quickly as possible at help@midnightletter.com

Please keep in mind that after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the order or shipping address before the order is shipped out.

Who designs your cards?

We design all our cards in-house! Our graphic design team has over 14 years of design experience. Our cards are designed to evoke joy and positivity. We like to think of it as “sending sunshine.”
